NOCCR has relocated our in-patient Phase I unit to the University of Tennessee Medical Center located in Knoxville, Tennessee. The UT Medical Center is the only Level I trauma center in the region and our 42 bed unit will have the benefits of its emergency response team. In light of recent safety issues with first time in man and ascending dose studies, this allows further safeguards in conducting early development trials. We invite you to call or email us in Knoxville if you have questions or desire additional information.

NOCCR will continue to conduct out-patient studies at our Canal Street office in New Orleans. Due to the lack of land-line phone service, we are now using a voice over IP phone system; our phone lines are limited and the numbers for our clinic have changed. We plan to use our old phone and fax numbers at the Canal office when BellSouth has phone service working in our area of the city. Please make a note of the new numbers listed below:
